SHIPPING TIMES


All products are created after your order to give your item a handcrafted and unique feel. Standard shipping for in-stock items is usually processed within 1–5 days. Express shipping ensures delivery within 1–3 days. Delivery times depend on various factors such as the shipping location, country, and any customs procedures. All shipments are made via insured courier to fully protect your purchases.
Minor delays may extend delivery times by a maximum of 24 hours. In such cases, you can always track your order from your account.

 

To follow your shipment step-by-step, we offer various free services for our customers. You can track your package through your customer account on our website, via the email you used for the order (provided the email is valid), or even through WhatsApp (provided the phone number is valid).

EXCHANGES


Making an exchange is quick and easy. Simply click on this link, enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
You’ll then be able to independently select a replacement item, choosing a different model and/or a different size, either larger or smaller.

The deadline for making an exchange is 14 days from the date you receive your order.

*Please note that personalized items (custom designs on request, models with letters, dates, names, etc.) are not eligible for exchange.

RETURNS


Making a return is also quick and easy. Just click on this link, enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
You can choose whether to be refunded through the original payment method or receive a gift card to use on the website.

To be accepted, returned items must arrive in perfect condition. Stains, signs of wear, and/or any other imperfection caused by use will result in the return being rejected.

We manage returns and exchanges through an automated, quick, and easy system that includes home pickup or drop-off at a designated point.

🔁 Size or product exchange

Exchanges have a fixed cost of €20 (30€ for EXTRA CEE), which includes the collection of the returned item and shipping of the replacement product.
Payment is processed directly through our return management platform.

🔙 Return with refund

You can choose between two refund methods:

  • Refund via Gift Card (usable for future purchases on our site):
    → In this case, the return cost is €15 (25€ for EXTRA CEE), including the pickup service.

  • Refund to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.):
    → In this case, the return cost is €35 (45€ for EXTRA CEE), including the pickup service.

In both cases, the return fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

⚠️ Defective or incorrect items

If the received item is visibly defective, damaged, or does not match the order:
Return and/or exchange costs will be fully covered by us.
Please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item, including clear photos.
