Exchanging an item is quick and easy. Simply click this link, enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. You can then select a replacement item, choosing a different model and/or a different size, either larger or smaller.

The deadline for making an exchange is 14 days from the date of receipt.

Personalized items (custom-made models, models with letters, dates, names, etc.) cannot be exchanged.

RETURNS

Returning an item is quick and easy. Simply click this link, enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase. You can choose to be refunded via the original payment method or receive a gift card to use on the website.

To be accepted, returned items must arrive in perfect condition. Any dirt, signs of wear, or damage caused by use will result in the rejection of the return.
